ACP has been in the business of renting properties since 2004. We grew up here and have watched Hendersonville develop so much during this time. But we've watched the costs of housing increase dramatically as well. We wouldn't want to live anywhere else, but all this beauty comes with a price. Heck, there's no other way to say it: It's expensive to find housing here.
Affordable, safe housing should be available to everyone on our community. When the average cost of a two bedroom apartment is close to $800 and the current minimum wage is $7.25/hour, it's impossible to expect a family to afford to pay 65% of their income for rent. Likewise, low income housing shouldn't be a trade off for safety. We believe it's possible to provide both.
Our homes and parks are communities and the people that live there are more than just neighbors, they're friends. That's why we are committed to providing affordable and safe properties - for our residents, and for the larger community of Hendersonville as well.
We are proud to say many of our properties have long-term residents, so we have a low vacancy rate. However, please contact us at any time to inquire about the availability of rentals at any of our properties.
Willow Mobile Home Park is conveniently located off Howard Gap Road. Willow welcomes seven families currently and plans are underway to offer an eighth home soon.
The former Alpine Woods Resort is the newest addition to our inventory of homes. We are excited to take on the work that will return this park to its former status as a place folks loved to return to year after year.
Alpine Woods Resort will offer up to 65 homes.
